Disconnecting my Services

I had given the application for disconnecting my airtel boradband services on 24 november but its still active till now i.e. 4 jan ..i had complained many times on airtel customer care but theirs no response from them .. it seems like they are not acting upon my request seriously.. moreover i m still recieving my airtel bills till now.. they had send me bill of december month...
