Poor service!

I am a Sify Broadband Internet user at Pune (MH). I have two complaints against the SIFY BROADBAND:

1) The service is of type Prepaid. You pay and use the service for 1 month. What the vendor is actually doing is that He himself does the activation of services and come to my door to collect the money. The concept behind of prepaid service is "if you are out of town or do not want to activate for particular month it should not get activated". So twice it happens with me that I did not want to activate but he did and came to collect the money.

2) My services are down from past 12 days. I have launched the three complaints to make the services up but no Technical person has turned up and solved the problem. Whenever I contact to customer care they say that it will be resolved within 12 hours. As of now is it not 12 hours but 12 days got over.

So I would request everybody that think twice before going to have the SIFY BROADBAND services. It is pathetic to call them and ask for positive results everyday.
