I applied for EVDO on 1 Jun 10 at BSNL Gaya. I was told that link is not working and I should come to them on 2 Jun. On 2 Jun I was told that the link is still not working and I should keep on contacting them. On 3 Jun the link was through and hence Demand Note No N479742 was issued and I was asked to deposit Rs 3052/- When I told them that I want to take 1 GB post paid Plan which should cost me only Rs 2799/- (Rs 2500/-for EVDO Rs 299 FMC for 1 GB Plan) plus service charges as per notification dt 1 Jun on your Site bsnl.in. I was told by Commercial Officer that he is authormized to issue only unlimited plan. I was also told that Advice Note will be issued only on 4 Jun and on that day only it will be activated. On 4 Jun Advice No WLM GYA 1513 TC No 2999247dt 4/6/10 was issued but person in charge to issue and activate EVDO (Mr Zia) was another authority in himself. He ruled that he would issue and get it activated only on 5 Jun at 1200 hours.

I pity your plight!! Had your organization not been a PSU and had your deptt been dependant on your performance and income like private sector, you would agree that 70% of your staff would have been on streets fending for themselves.

You really deserve congratulations. I feel pity for this white elephant!! You take 5 days to issue one EVDO!!!
