Unsubscibption of games on demand plan

I am suresh. my land line no.044-22781914. bsnl offers games on demand plan one month free of cost. last month i want unsubscribe the games on demand plan and informed to their free toll no.18004250500. they accepted. But they charged Rs. 200 for this month also. kindly take necessary actions and ask to refund my amount.. Thank you.
