Billing Issue!

Hello U.S. Pandey Sir /BSNL Cooperation!

I would like to grab your attention on my bill issue ..Year ago i taken a broadband connection (01202488512) from BSNL, After some time due to cable issue it stopped working, i personally went sector -19 and meet the concern person they said it is matter for long will have to take some big step. I was daily taken update but slowly they opted out me to give me any response. Telephone line stopped, net stopped, your dedicated cable lost ..everything. Not a single call i received from BSNL and not any concern person visited

to solved this .they said line have been terminated!

I forgotten this and got another connection now after almost more than 0ne year i am receiving msg on my phone for some billing!

Can any one please clarify me what the billed was about i pay, if i have not been able to use it not even no one from you could solve it.

I have still your modem and telephone safely with me, if billing was about that please send some concern to take it and please solve billing issue ASAP.

Clearly i will not pay any amount beyond my usages if i have made lots of request to fix it.

Please don't make me hock for you and solve it at your earlier convenience. Otherwise i will go with Cosumer Forum with the same matter!
