GPRS connection problem

I m using BSNL gprs plan 89 for one and half years. I was satisfied with its decent downloading speed of around 10 KB/s and page loading speed when connected to my pc. I had connected to Internet for 8 hours continuously without any disconnection problem. But things gone worse for the past 4 months and the current downloading speed is only around 2 KB/s. Also it is very hard to load a page in my pc and connection lost in almost every minute. Things are same while browsing though my mobile. My friends also have the same problem. I think paying Rs.89 to BSNL every month is useless and planning to change to another network in 2012 January if the problem persists... hope the problem will be solved and BSNL will provide a quality service to its loyal customers...
