My Dataone connection has been down for 3 weeks. I registered 6 docket numbers all of which were notified as resolved with the problem actually being resolved. However, I am needed to pay for the service i did not receive.
Nobody ever got in touch with me. When i tried to contact them no one answered the call.
The customer service personell was absolutely useless and did not have any sense of talking to a customer. They are government employees and are not at all worried about job security thus they can afford to treat customers in whatever manner they want.
I have no other options other than surrender the connection and look for other options.
My advise would be not to opt for BSNL Dataone connection and go for other options like TATA photon or Reliance Netconnect which are much more customer centric.
