I bought broadband services of TATABROADBAND about two years back. Normally the connectivity is reasonable. BUT whenever the connectivity is disrupted, there is no proper response from the company. There is only one number 60607070 for lodging complaints and inquiring about complaint. Usually they inform that your complaint will be attended to within 10 working hours. At the end of 10 working hours, you are told it will take 7 working days. At the end of 7 working days they inform it will take some more time. AND thats the end.
Whenever you ask to speak to a senior person the standard answer is they are busy. Despite holding the phone for 40 to 50 minutes, you cannot get connected to a senior person. They are not ready to give you office address or phone numbers of the company.
If you somehow find the office address and try to approach them, their behavior is very rude. They suddenly leave their seat and leave you alone. Even at the office they refuse to give the phone numbers and names of senior persons.
This is all what you get from a reputed company like TATA .
My services are disrupted since 11-8-07 and the only information i have is that some switches are stolen and the matter is under investigation with police. They don't know when or at all they will be resuming the services.
