I had apllied for a broadband connection at BSNL exchange, Jhansi (U.P.) a month back. I have completed all the documental formalities along with total money deposit demanded as per 500 Home Plan (i.e. 2664/-). Till date a phone set along with modem has been placed at home. Present status is as follows:
1- Phone line is active.
2- Modem AR800V v3.0 without any installation CD and user manualhas been provided.
3- No username and password and other details in written has been provided to me.
4- No person from service provider has yet arrived to solve my internet connectivity problem even after three consecutive complaints.
