I booked tata indicom bradband on Dec 30th. While taking the connection the salesman said that there would be no problem in the process. My connection was supposed to come within 7 days. I did not come. After several calls and reminders, the people from TATA said that I cannot connection because i am a Bachelor, it seems that tata provides connections only to married people. anyways, it was fine till then. I asked them to cancel the connection and Return my cheque. Now after several calls, reminders repeatedly, still my cheque has not come. Its is almost 2 months now. I think konow i wolud have to take the next step if it is not returned, Lodge complaint in consumer forum.
