Poor Billing

Dear Sir,

My BSNL Landline number is 0731-2492446 (Indore), well i am holding the Broadband & Landline service from last 7 years, due to poor billing i am troubled many times, this time in my bill of Jan'09, i was unnecessary charged 4000 rs approx, this was corrected by accounts managers & they committed me that your extra amount will be redeemed in Feb, Mar & Apr bill, but now again no redeemption has been done & the Customer service officers are telling me that this will be redeemed from next month.

Please help me in this & suggest me the better resolution.
