I had ordered a IPad's screen overlay from Buytheprice.com site through online. But the product which was delivered by them is more than a year old product as well as seem like used.
Since 15 days I have communicated several times with them through email (Ticket no: 12714) but till now they are not agreeing to replace the defect item. Also, I have tried to call them on 04049496969 with in working hours several times but it says “All the executives are busy right now.. please call after some time”. Now, the phone bill become more than the product price.
Can you please do the necessary actions on them for this and return my money back from them?
