This is to put notice that i am new user for your internet and My name is Shoaib Khan & my user id is - 1105485426, Tikona technician came to my place and they installed internet on 19/1 around 4:30 evening. Though i was working fine till next day i, e 20/1 around 2:15 sudden your network went out and i tried to connect numerous time but i failed.

After that i called to your customer care after healthy conversation your representative told me that technician will come in 3 hours that was till 5 evening, but NO ONE CAME.I Just want to ask you is this the technology you company have and is this the tech support you provide you know guys i went to cafe for my personal work. I WANT CANCEL MY SERVICES (WHICH I HAVENT USED IT PROPERLY) AND REFUND MY MONEY. And i want convey this message to every Delhi Before you go to Tikona WI BRO its better to have any other option in your area.

Nothing to say but Tikona is just a problem creator, who made my life hell and till date i am without internet I just want to " CANCEL MY SERVICES AND REFUND MY MONEY Rs 1100/- WHICH I PAID TOWARDS THIS PATHETIC INTERNET PROVIDER".

I hope that it will help other people to be aware from Tikona WI BRO.I just want some one to help me legally so that i can get my money back and i have also recorded the call of that representative who gave me false commitment as per that representative i was supposed to get a call from them for cancellation but its almost a week haven't receive any call from them. Please help me guys...
