No connectivity no action even after complain in customer care

I have a C2110 broadband, it is not working for last 5 days, i have already complained in customercare but no action was taken.i am on line trading in stocks, and i m facing a big trouble due to this nonconectivity.it is giving me huge loss in buisness.
