Ep talk to me. but not turned for further formalities till date

I have called your customer car for broad band new connection at East patel nagar and forwarded request by them. One rep. mr Om prakash contacted and told he has to do some formalitiesie filled up forms and then give a connection . but after that he did not turned up. I would to have a braod band connectionin my house at East patel nagar. immediate response is needed
