I am ensure and i got a message from "CNN WORLD MOBILE LOTTERY 6 19-22 Rathbone Place London W1P 1DF, United Kingdom". 1 week before which say that my mobile no. won some pounds. I send a message from my ID then they send a mail with attach a certificate. In this mail they tell us that i paid ADMINISTRATIVE CLEARANCE CHARGES 25000 INR FIRST, including VAT.
Please tell me this right or wrong please rply soon...
