Over Billing

My 3G services activated on 15 Apr but i was charged in the bill from 7 Apr even after sending so many mail and calls Idea people not ready to accept their mistake.

Now they cut my net connection and sending people at my home for unpaid bill.

I have the mails from Idea people in which they are accepting that till 13 Apr 3G service is not activated then how can they charge me from 7 Apr.

I brought their 3G data card and now money is struck.

Can anybody suggest me what should i do?
