Non delivery / non refund

Hi,

I had purchased a foldable e-table on 16th April but haven't received it till now. Their policy (as mentioned on the product page) states that I should have got the item in 10 days. But after repeated enquiries I have not received it yet. Furthermore, I asked for the refund and after a while they sent me a mail that you would be getting the refund or an update on that soon. But I have yet to receive any of those. Crazel (and Groupon too) looks like a fraud company to me.
