Lethargic, discourteous management of CRAZY KART ZAPAK
I am sending this letter out of deepest concern and outrage over the scandalous hacking of my CRAZY KART ID on 31/12, in my entire life I have never seen a management that is so Lethargic, discourteous and rude (in particular GM POWER) towards their clients/users CRAZY KART ZAPAK. In today’s corporate world there is something called TAT (turnaround time) within which you are required to resolve the issue or at least have courtesy to provide reason for delay. I have made several complain in this regard on CRAZY KART FORUM and also sent a mail for Changed email address without consent
I'm a firm believer that if it's negative, you'd better think a couple of times before you hit send. I can't count the number of times have an intimidating intent on a CRAZY KART USER, When I was trying to chat with GM POWER and provide him details of my hacked ID he was not ready to pay any heed to it, the entire behaviour of GM POWER was so rude and discourteous, he said your id with which I was chatting with GM IS CHAT BANN.
