i ordered Kaintan Mixer Juicer Grinder (order id OD20216010033) from Flip-kart.com and when i received the product it had a crack and scratches all over so i phoned flip-kart and got it replaced and to a surprise the replacement product i received had a same fault with a crack and scratches all over so i called flip-kart again and got a replacement again but the product i received third time had a same fault again. i was very much surprised to see the same fault on three different pieces of the same model of mixer so i think it is a manufacturers fault but despite of my request to flip-kart regarding a quality check and then delivering the product i got the same product again with the same fault so i called flip-kart again and they offered a refund but i have nor heard any thing from them after that and the faulty product is also not collected from my home.
i asked for a compensation which i am entitled as per goods act because this has caused a lot of inconvenience to me and wasted 2 weeks of my time in getting a product which could have been delivered in just 2 days time after a quality check and on top of that i am waiting for the faulty product to be collected and getting my money refunded.
i am very much disappointed with the services of flip-kart and the product quality from Khaitan
i want my money back and and some compensation for the loss of so many days which i have wasted just to get a mixer grinder or else provide me a good quality product (same brand or a different brand) which should not have any manufacturing default.
please get this sorted out for me because i have lost 2 weeks on this and i m still no where!
