I srijayanthi advocate writing this mail about the bad services of broadband net. the net which i have taken the connection is not working and i am not getting this connection from 24/5/08 i gave a complaint on 26/5/08 there is no response again i gave a call on 3/6/08 and complaint again registered. So far no body came to my for rectifying this problem when i gave a call on 7th the customer executive said they are sending the service representative immediately but nobody came to my house. I vexed the very bad services of Reliance. So i am going disconnect the net as well as landline, i am not going to pay any service charges in my next bill. this is for your information. I am ready to fight before the consumer forum for redressal.
