Amount Debited from the Account, But the ticket booking failed

I booked a ticket from chennai to madurai in SANGITA TRAVELS through customerneedz.com website. As soon as the payment transaction was overed, the page displayed "Your ticket is not booked, Please try again". My money got debited from my account. When i called them on phone (080-88002454). Those fellows told we will book the ticket for you and will send to your mail id, given during registration. I believed and waited till the day before departure, no mails from them. I called to the same number again, it was in "Not Reachable" Mode. Atlast, I realised its a fake site. Please don't book tickets through these untrusted sites. I saw many complaints before this post. Why necessary action is not taken against this type of fake sites?? This type of site owners should be literally fined and the sites should be banned.
