I had purchased bsnl data card from bsnl office mominpur from Rs 2912/ but i am not able to use this card since it is not catching properly in my area with bill amount Rs 221 rental. I have not used this services at all. since I don't get any bill for the same suddenly i found one bill of Rs 4530 writing from date 01 jan to 31 jan Rs 221 10 late fees and total Rs 4530. Today I informed them when i saw bill. they are saying you have to pay your total bill and filled up surrender form then only you can stop your bill other wise you will continue increasing bill RS 221 10 rs late fees for whole life.
i don't understand when they didn't recieve any payment for their bill for phone number for data card 03327210035. They should stop their services after checking for two or three months. Is that true to generate false billing for no services rendered for particular thing and threatening now for court case and continue generating bill even if complaining today to 24099304 by telphone no 25223178 by me today at 3 pm. on 15th march.
