Coupon issued to me was not redeemed and after reporting lot of time no response

Dear sir/mam

i would like to tell you about this company who run their business on making people fool DEALANDYOU.COM i have purchased 2 coupons from this site before january 26 for Rs/ 10.00 with the order no. 380592 but when i going to redeem it shows me error therefore i just make a complain to their support email id but then after they need the screen shot of the error so i again send them information as they needed. but they never gives response to me.

after complaining on their customer care no. which is chargeable number i called them lot of time but every time they response only that we are going to raise a complain to our back end department and they will response you with in 24 hrs and with 7 days.

i am tired of making complaint to this company as there only a single number of complaint and a single mail id but there is nobody in the company who will revert for the same, so kindly do needful and take this as a punishable offense and apply any such kind of heavy penalty to this company.
