i have ordered a Nokia E72 with Blue tooth, in deals and you online site.
with an order number Order #100099542 - Complete on 22-July. and the payment is done on the same day with my credit card.
till today i did not received the product, during this last one month i have called the customer care department multiple of occation, but they will say "according to our dispatch policy is it takes 21 working days for delivery" they will not provide any details about my order status this is very inconvinence to me after paying 14633/-

i have again called today for the despatch deatils, and i was informed that i the information is passed to concern dept logistic dept, this is already sent by shalini 23 august. for this i will be arrianged a call back on 29th or 30 of Aug, for the purpose to provide AWB number (dispatch number), this is the information i got from priya.

Multiple time i have called your customer care its always only one answer out shipping policy is 21 days, and this is NOT what i want after wasting my call time. if this is what they are for to answer, the line mentioned in your site is enough.
i would expect a detail information on mu order, which never ever got from you customer care representative.
