Frustrated & irritated by service provide

My ID is vinodmeshram0107. My service provider is dolphin internet service provider whose owner is randhir patil, kasar wadwali naka, G.B. Road, Thane (w). My contact point was Nilesh Pawar from service provider whose phone number is 9323594741 . I lodged a complained to my service provider about the cable broken on 17 July 08. And from then onwards on everyday I called him twice-thrice. Sometimes because of network problem difficult to reach him. Sometimes he was not picking up the phone. And sometimes He used to give the promise that within 10-15 min, he will be at our home. But he never turned up. He also charged me 1800 for the installation but we didn't get the extension cable. Also the cable which coming in our home in properly locked. Also there are regularly interruptions in internet services provided by him. Network not works 3 to 4 days weekly. From the installation time we hardly used the internet for a week. My point is that I didn't use the internet for a month still then I would have to pay monthly charge. Also i had to pay a hefty amount of 1800 for installation which is not at all worth seeing the service they are giving. A lot of complaints on telephone to siffy help line and to my service provider has been registered by me. But till yet i am not getting the services properly. Very poor service! Worst Service!
