Mismanagement in customer care

I have applied 4 area shifting of my connection on 25 apr, as said by representetive it will be self deactivated but connection was working without services my no. reactivted on 19 may in new area and informed to me that my bill will be started from 19 may igot message of bill of 2127 rs with 562 monthely rent, 300 for shifting, 999 for iptv which ihave already paid, 10 for request for movie which is 150 rs request is free for first 3 months . im m calling at 198 regularly 1to kmow exact bill everytime they are not filing my complaints n answer to me that server is down . can u tell me this is the AIRTEL who is unable to tackle comsumer problem . kindly update your software n repair your server . we r not fool . kindly consider about my complaint n take needful action
