Can somebody please help me with this, I received a bill in the month of June for my Airtel landline with broadband services (080-41483831) for a amount of Rs.3892, and I made payment for the same on July 5th at the RT nagar branch bangalore, a week later when I called up the customer service they said that they have received the payment. Now again on August 12th I receive a Legal notice from a lawyer stating that the amount id 3392, when I call up the customer care they say now they have no information about the Bill payment, I am really confused to approch whom for this issue to be resolved, please someboody help me
