I have purchased DENT KING - car dent removing kit, for Rs.2490 Rs.150 (delivery charges)= Rs.2640 after seeing the add in
" Star Gold" channel on TV. The assured items of the kit as per add on tv are :
1.) Glue Sticks - three numbers - Received only Two No.s.
2.) Glue gun - one No. - Received one.
3.) Dent removal stand - one no. - Received one.
4.) Glue pad & stem - three no.s - Received three no.s
5.) Scratch Out Pro Pen - one no. - Received without applicator tip.
Contains only little chemical
which is leaking. Contacted customer care on cell - 09310033033. The lady receiving the complaint is talking as if the complaint is made just like that. As per her views, the contentswere checked before dispatch. Nothing can be done. After persuation she says that - after all it is a free gift, why are you after it? After prolonged discussion she has given another cell no. to be contacted - 09211788275 where in one Mr. Sachin will be answering the call. on dialing this no. a lady is answering that it is wrong no." Aap ko koyi kam nahein kya " is being asked.
