I have been using the tata indicomm broadband for the last 1 yr and have been facing some issue or the other. The last complaint i raised was on the 10th of Aug and its been 13 days since that they havent been able to fix the problem. Each time i call them the customer care rep. have no idea on whats going on and give a protoype answer that we will escalate the issue and the next day its the same thing again. I have been calling them everyday eversince without any help. The worst is that when i ask for a manager they never put me through to them and lie that there is no manager on floor or he is busy on another call after making me wait for 10 min. more than half my phone bill i spend on these futile calls. I have written mail to the nodal officer without any response. It seems like a complete waste of customer service.
