Its funny that despite the hefty charges a pathetic broadband service is provided by SIFY... frequent breakdowns whether its sunny/rain or winter... irresponsible replies from the local guy who says we are planning to shift to optic fbre... after which u shall get good service... only complaint numbers by the customer care people who are again pathetic as far as language goes... ridiculous lan maintenance charges when net may not be working for 1/3 of a month.
