Taking money from customers

Dear sir,

My mobile no is 7200491461 DO COMA I was using internet for rupees 98/- for a month Last week I recharged for internet for Rs 98/-

but I don't know where the money has gone? When I now recharge for talking and when I use for internet they are taking money from the money kept for talking so the DO COMA is taking money and cheating its customers
