Docomo
3g connection too slow

I am using docomo 3g internet services since 3 months earlier i used to get downldng spd of about 200 kbps with idm but this month i got shocked when saw a spd of about 10-15 kbps... this is really disgusting... this month pack was really a wastage of money... pls help
