Your PaisaPay payment was approved on 02-May-11. You paid the order total of Rs. 5, 002.00 using credit card, and eBay gift voucher promotion code HOTDEALZ01. Under this promotion i was entitled to get a 16gb pen drive.

I had called, emailed, and given reminders several times to ebay people but there is no satisfactory response yet.

Please look into this matter and help me regarding the same.
