I ordered this product from M/S protos.net (Delhi) through eBay with Item Id: 260917744357 & Transaction Id: 907457671016 also PaisaPay Id: 30649837755 but the DTDC courier services delivered it at the wrong address, now when I call DTDC local office they firstly don't receive my call by chance if they do all I hear is "we're working on it or our servers are down" lame excuses btw plus the seller isn't responding neither does eBay help so I'm thinking to lodge a case against the three under our cyber/IT law amended in 2011 but wanna know if that'll be wise as the case may drag on for quite some time & require serious amount of time/money dedicated to such an issue! So what's my best option?
