Erroneous Charges and non reply to complaints

I shifted from Mulund to Bhandup in June. I applied to MTNL for shifting our landline and Broadband (In my Fathers name - P S Shenoy). I was charged Rs.300/- as shifting charges and Rs.300/- as broadband activation charges. While i agree to the shifting charges, i don't to the Broadband activation charges. have paid the bill as per the procedure. I now want MTNL to refund me Rs.300/-.

Further, I was using MTNL'S PC Protection in which i applied for discontinuation in April. The MTNL website does not allow one to deactivate the PC protection, therefore i sent request on mail and followed up on phone for the last 15 months. There is no concrete response nor a confirmation that the PC protection has been deactivated. I have been charged Rs.750/- in April even though i made a request to deactivate it. I want MTNL to refund me RS.750/- also.

I need MTNL to refund the total amount of Rs.1050/-.
