I have received a message (alongwith certificate showing winning amount and signatures and logos of ESPN STAR Sport authorities, UK, ) on my mobile stating that i have been selected as winner of 7, 50, 000 GB Pounds by way of lucky draw on my mobile numbers and that the draw and the winning amount has been approved by British Court and that they have transferred the winning amount to Reserve Bank of India and that I have to collect the remittance after paying Indian Rupees 24, 000/- as charges for activation of the remittance.
Kindly let me know whether the aforesaid remittance is true or it is fraud?
