dear sir

we have taken airtel broadband plan 999 in the month of nov.under the plan ip tv service was also provided .phone no for the same is 45647517.we are not satisfied with the ip tv service provided by airtel.regarding the same we have already made a complaint to your good self and requested to disconnect the services on jan, 30. Till date no proceedings with regard to the same have been initiated.the bill due for payment on 31jan.2011 was rs 1184 .as per our complaint dated 30 jan.2011 we are surrendering the connection to airtel in view of their dissatisfied services (text of the earlier complaint is annexed).

kindly make a note that the existing charges of rs 1184 will be duly paid at the time of disconnecting the services under intimation to us and as we are surrendering the connection and your not being affecting the same we will not be liable to pay any dues .once again we request you to disconnect your services immediately.

if again our complaint will be left unattended we'll be forced to seek legal remedy against you.

We have taken airtel boadband plan of Rs.999 in last week of Nov. In first week of Dec our set top box of Airtel IPTV was not working. We lodged a complaint for the same against Complaint ID.41876512 . One of the engineers of airtel came to resolve the issue and replced the set top box to an old one and without giving us a chance to check the new one, he just left. This set top box is quite old and slow. Again a complaint was lodged against ID 41923718 and committed to be resolved in the same day before 8 o clock but remained unattended. Again at customer care no.121 we lodged a complaint on 12/01 under complaint ID 41848220 which was aunattended till date. In connection to the same today on 30/01 at 10a.m again we lodged a complaint at ccno. 121 which was attended by Ms Satya Priya one of the employee of airtel. She assured that the complaint will be resolved before 2 p.m. At around 2 p.m. we got a call from airtel on the landline by Mr. Mukesh that whether we have lodged a complaint and what is the complaint. He told that this call is to resolve the complaint.

Sir, we have taken broad band plan in nov and under this plan the set top box supplied to us was working very fast and the replaced one is very very slow. Plis let us know that asking for the problem over phone is the resolution of the complaint. We are paying airtrl bills as per the contract in time but finding lack in your providing correct instrument for the service.

Plis note that tommorow 31 jan is the due date payment of your bill. The bill will be paid well within time if the service will be provided as per the contract and the set top box will be replaced or the bill will not be paid. And in this connection I would request you to diconnect the broad band plan we have taken or provide us a satisfactory service.
