I was searching for Online top-up facilities provided by various service providers when i came across this website http://www.ezrecharge.in/ezrecharge/index.php Since they had tie-up with HDFC DEBIT CARD, i decided to make good use of it by recharging my prepaid mobile phone account (9945337232) with 52/-.
My intention was to test the services of the above-mentioned company http://www.ezrecharge.in/ezrecharge/index.php. I was told that an additional 2/- will be charged as "internet transaction fees". Well, if they are allowing me to recharge my account, then why not - this was the thought in my mind. The transaction was successful and the 54/- was deducted from my bank account this morning (THURSDAY 07-10).
I am yet to see the amount added to my prepaid account. I have e-mailed them and am waiting for a response from the company. I am wondering, if they cannot fulfill their promises, why are such companies in business?
