Order partially delivered

Hi,

I had made a purchase of 4 T shirts on the shopping portal http://www.fashionandyou.com/ on 22nd Feb. But when i received the shipment only one shirt was delivered. I have been making multiple complaints regarding this on their customer care and the only answer i get to hear is that according to their information all the goods have been delivered and they will anyhow recheck an escalate the issue.

It has been more than a month and am tired and sick of tracking this issue.

Please help.
