I have received the bracelet and not the shoes. However, the status on the website shows "In Transit" for both products. You say you will provide with a tracking number, but that is never provided. Why are you not doing what you commit to? At least let the buyer know what is the status of the shipment.
No one would ever buy anything as a gift from your website as nothing is delivered as promised.
I have written to [email protected] but no one replies. Please let me know the status or else I need to file a complaint in the consumer forum against your website.
