Fashion and You is a terrible cheat company, and I would strongly urge everyone not to buy anything from them. They don't adhere to the shipping timelines specified by them while purchasing product, and also cheat the customers.
Fashionandyou is a company that does not have any business ethics. I had ordered a bag via order number 1927797 on 21-May that was suppose to be dispatched within 1 day of payment (I paid upfront by credit card), and today is 27th May and the product has still not been dispatched. I had called on 24th and raised a complaint regarding this, and clearly mentioned to them that I was leaving the country on 29th May, and needed the bag before then. They said that they will surely dispatch the bag at the earliest so I receive it in time. But today, 27th May when I called them again, the executive put me on hold several times to check the status and after being on call for 15 mins, he comes back and says dispatch team is not working, and when I was still talking, he rudely disconnected the call.
Such a company will surely go out of business if they have such malpractices of not adhering to their words/promises, and not even informing the customer if at all any delay has occurred from their side.
