I want to tell about a website named fashion and you which is doing business on large scales from last 2 years, . and do not have any TIN no. yet, which is required for collecting VAT or CST. secondly it is collecting CST at a false rate. CST is 2% and it collects at 5.25%. as it deals with lakhs of people daily, please pay attention if this website is doing fraud to the people and the government.

please do inform me even if my intention is wrong., or tell me another place to complaint about it. i will send the copy of invoice it issues to people and which is the proof that it collects CST/VAT wrongly.
