Dear sir,
I beg to inform that i am purchase a usb modem (mmx 610u) he is launched by Airtel. when i purchase then the Airtel Officer say's that is better for you because its speed is 230 kbps. then i purchase it in Rs:2999.00 because i need more speed for working online jobs. after purchasing i recharge it and connect with my computer then i seen that my speed is very slow. when i check online speed then i found that my connection speed is only 36 kbps. i again check speed many times but same speed then i call customer care 121 and share the problem, and also say that you give maximum speed but not any response yet now.
So i will request to you please solve my problem and give me maximum speed.
