I bought Reliance Netconnect Broad Band data-card on 21st May. With great difficulty and follow up it was activated after 7-8 days and while using frequently getting disconnected. Finally it stopped working (No blinking) after about 12-14 days. I have approached thier customer services but of no use. Every time some new guy used to come on line and ask same query, which was explained by me to them 'n' number of times. In the mean time I received thier 1st bill for the month of June and paid the same without properly using the data-card. Any how I have arranged to return my defective data-card to thier "Authorised Service Center" at Borivali, MUMBAI on 31st July for replacement. They may take 7-8 days for replacement. During all this I have received thier 2nd bill for the month of July and for making payment, I am receiving regular follow up phone calls. My experiance is that Reliance sales dept.is only interested in selling thier stuff and collecting money, they are least bothered for product service and even do not have courtsey to attend the phone call. Where as their "customer service" is only giving excellent "Lip Services" without any problem solving or solution. Yes, they are extremely wonderfull in wrong billings and follow up for immediate payments. I do not know when I will get back my data-card, I have decided not to make any payment unless my problem is resolved. After spending about Rs.3700/-, since last 75 days I am facing problems and unable to use data-card.
