Received damaged product "Master Synth"

Spent another INR 500 to sent back the package.

It's been 2 months.

Dear Vinod,

I have bought a product - Master Synth.

Get delivered the damaged product. Returned the product and spent INR 450.

Called several times and asked them -

Either

1. Return my Money

OR

2. Send me a gurantee letter that this time, I will get the product in good condition or TVC will take care of all the to and fro courier service charges.

I'll not spend a sinle penny till I get my product, what I have paid for a month back.

I need you to look into this URGENTLY and come up with the instructions for your team
