No recharge but money deducted from account

I recharged my MTS data card (9136351743) with 999 on 30th of April two times. The data card was not recharged even once but the money was deducted from my account twice that (1009 1009=2018). I did not receive the recharge receipt from FreeCharge as I have received for other recharges earlier. I am not sure what to do as I have got no reply from anywhere yet. I have sent two emails to them.

My order numbers for the same are 2111887 and 2112211
