I tried recharging for 333 from Freecharge.in on 15th of Sep which failed but the payment got processed successfully. I received a mail and sms confirmation of the failed transaction and was informed that it would be refunded within 3-7 working days max. I have been following up since then but to no avail. And to make matters worse they dont have any customer contact center where I can follow up. I have been dropping mails since then and was replied promptly for the initial few times but have stopped replying.
I am clueless what steps should I take next as they dont even have any customer support number and following up on mails is not helping
