Item not delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a product from futurebazaar.com, they wrote it will be shipped. They wrote "... You can find details of your order here: http://www.futurebazaar.com/user/orders/5040510367/" in an email. Now the page doesn't exist. It was bought on 27 January but now it is 17 Feb. The problem is on calling i am getting your call is on wait. Please help.
