Non delivery of product ordered

Dear Sir

I had placed an order with futurebzaar.com and duly made the payment as on 08.03.2011. I was offered a product " whirlpool split a/c" as replacement which initially I had refused but had agreed subsequently. I was eagerly awaiting the same, however to my horror, when i checked my account as on 14.03. i found that the amount has been refunded back to me as on 10.0302011 without any intimation whatsoever.

I did not expect such double standards from a company like futuregroup. When i complained to the customer care, they informed me via e-mail to make a payment at the existing price (which is obviously much higher) than the time i had placed an order. They did not even have the courtesy to call and inform me in this regards.

I expect the commitments given to me to be honoured and the same or similar replacement model offered at the price which had been payed by me earlier.
